A vivid stone of turquoise blue with distinct web like veining is featured in this vintage Navajo Indian sterling silver ring with decorative silver work.

The Southwestern ring is completely hand wrought and comprised of unmarked sterling silver, and is bezel set with a large sized turquoise gemstone with dark chocolate colored matrix, measuring approximately 17mm wide by 20mm high.

The ring has decorative rope twist frame with incised pattern, with the face of the ring measuring about 1 inch wide by 1&1/8 inches high. It has a split shank, weighs 7.0 grams, and measures a size 6&3/4 on my ring mandrel.
